1. Start with a Clean Slate

Tie up your hair and add a headband to keep your hair back. Prep your face by removing any makeup and wash with a gentle cleanser.

2. Enjoy an Aromatic Soak

3. Add a Face Mask

Apply a face mask with a fan brush and allow it to sit for 20 minutes while you continue to soak. Apply a steaming hot cloth to your face to soften and remove the mask. Follow with toner, serum, and moisturizer on top.

4. Exfoliate!

Once you’re in your robe and slippers, time to exfoliate your lips and hands. I make a simple scrub of a equal parts warm coconut oil, brown sugar, and a few drops of grapefruit essential oil. Follow with a rich shea or cocoa butter lotion and add socks and gloves to seal in moisture.
