Halloween House Details

‘One part spooky, one park chic’ is how I like to approach Halloween décor. Inflatable ghosts need not apply. I like to mix it up from year to year to make new, eerie little vignettes around the house. I’ve had the same bag of tricks for the past several years consisting of black birds, glittery skulls, velvet pumpkins, magnetic butterflies, and rubber mice. Without buying anything new, I created some spooky scenes with seed pod boughs cut from our local pumpkin patch, fallen branches and other dried florals from the yard. Now it’s time to settle in for a bottomless dish of candy and scary movies. Happy Halloween!
