Spring Shop

We’re well into May, but this weekend will be the first weekend it truly feels like spring because I’ll have time to work in the garden and set out our outdoor furniture for the season. The garden is waking up and there are weeds to pull, cutting garden seeds to sow, and garden beds to tidy. It’s also the first farmer’s market of the season, so I’ll be doing a spring cleaning of the fridge and pantry ready to stock with all of the beautiful, fresh local produce that we can enjoy through September. The simple act of gathering some fresh flowers or greenery, whether it’s from your yard, foraged on a walk or from the market, breathes new life into your space. Spring is my favorite season for all of the possibility and emerging beauty it holds — wishing you a happy one!
